i forgive and i am forgiven.
forgiveness is a gift i now give to myself and those around me.
the past has no power over me.
forgiving makes me feel light and free.
the more resentment i release, the more love i have to express.
as i learn to love myself, i find it easier to forgive.
i easily forgive others, and i am easily forgiven.
i forgive myself and release my past.
i forgive and communicate love easily and effortlessly now.
i now liberate my past from my mind, my body and from what i do and say.
i am free.
i forgive my family and embrace them with love and compassion.
i’m giving myself the gift of forgiveness.
i’m releasing the painful ties that bind me to others by forgiving them.
i am not my mistakes, neither are others.
i’m completely releasing myself from the pains of the past
and choosing to live now, only in the present.
i’m now able to move forward in areas of my life where i’ve previously been stuck, simply by forgiving others.
if i feel like forgiveness is more than i can do right now, i turn to my Higher power for help.
just because i’ve chosen to forgive someone doesn’t mean that i need to trust them.
trust is earned, but forgiveness is free.
i release all judgement towards myself and others.
i’m at peace in just letting things be.
my focus is now on peace both within me and in my relationships.
even my mistakes and the mistakes & weaknesses of others provide opportunities for me to learn and grow.
and as i forgive, i can see that growth.
my life is designed perfectly with the curriculum that i most need,
my long term progression.
i give thanks for all that i have and all that i will be.
i am a forgiving and loving person.
i release the past, i forgive myself.
i forgive and then quickly move on.
